I changed my mind, can I have a refund or exchange my order?
Our priority is satisfying our customers. If you are unhappy with your order upon arrival please email info.brdlux@gmail.com. We are happy to exchange like items that are still available. Original items must first be returned in the same packaging, unworn and in the same condition. If the item is no longer available full refunds will be provided.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed on weekdays during business hours. After processing, orders are then shipped within 5 to 7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Our staff is working safely and diligently to get all shipments out as soon as possible. Due to current world climate, COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays.
